Substitue Ingredients

Replace Peanut/Nut or Nut Butters

~Sunbutter (Sunflower Seed Butter), it replaces peanut butter/other nut butters.

Replace Dairy

There is a lot of things now-a-days that can replace cows milk:
Soy Milk, and Rice Milk, with allergies to Soy, it is generally Rice Milk that gets added to recipes.

Rice Milk
is made from brown rice. (Some Rice Milks contain Gluten)

Hemp Milk is very nutritious. Sold at Whole Foods

Coconut Milk is generally very rich. It is thick and sweet. Coconut Milk by Turtle Mountain is like rice milk, it is thinner, and lower calorie.

Instead of Buttermilk
~Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice or cider vinegar to 1 cup nondairy milk, let stand 10minutes

Replace of Butter
Canola Oil – 1/3 cup canola = 1/2 butter
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
